Delete your account

SaunaPass account & data deletion

You can permanently delete your SaunaPass account and everything associated with it at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open SaunaPass and go to the Profile tab.
2. Scroll to Delete account and tap Delete my account.
3. Confirm. Your account and data are removed straight away and you're signed out.

Can't sign in?

Email hello@saunapass.co.uk from your account's email address and we will delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Everything tied to your identity is erased immediately: your account and sign-in details (email, name and profile picture, removed from our authentication provider), your saved places, ratings, review votes, points and badges.

Reports and venue submissions you made are kept for data accuracy but are anonymised — permanently disconnected from you. Crash diagnostics held by our error-monitoring provider (Sentry) age out on their standard retention schedule.
