A venue or swim spot is wrong

Wrong opening hours, moved, closed down, or a sauna that isn't really a sauna — tell us and we'll fix it. Include the listing name and what's off. Report a listing.

Safety information looks wrong

If a wild-swimming spot has inaccurate or missing safety information, please tell us straight away and we'll prioritise it — flag a safety issue. Conditions change and our data can lag; always assess the water yourself before getting in.

A review breaks the rules

You can report a review from the review itself in the app. If you'd rather not, or something needs escalating, email us.

Your account

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Profile tab — see deleting your account for what that removes. Can't sign in? Email us from your account's email address and we'll sort it.

Owning a venue

If you run a sauna or bathhouse listed on SaunaPass and want to claim or correct it, get in touch from an email address at the business.
